- Iceberg lettuce – 2 pcs.
- Big green cucumber
- Arugula – 1 package
- Dried or fresh herbs
- Chives – 2 bunches
- Vinaigrette dressing (vinegar + honey) 125ml
- Salt, pepper
- Rapeseed oil from Wielkopolska
- A few drops of black seed oil
- Kcynska mustard – 1 tbsp
Method of execution:
Cut iceberg lettuce in large pieces. Rinse and dry arugula, cut off the thick tail. Wash cucumber and cut into halves of slices. Wash and dry herbs and cut thickly. Cut finely chives and leave ½ for decoration. Mix all products and pour dressing from vinegar sauce mixed in a jar of rapeseed oil and spices. Decorate with chives and ornamental cutted cucumber.
