Paprika rolls with Salsa Verde and with Rapeseed Oil

Roladki z Papryki z Salsą Verde z Olejem Rzepakowym.


  • Yellow paprika – 3 pieces
  • Red paprika – 3 pieces
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • A bunch of mint
  • A bunch of parsley
  • A bunch of basil
  • Spoon of capers
  • Gherkins – 2 pieces
  • Sharp cheese – 100g
  • Spoon of dijon mustard
  • Spoon of lemon juice
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt, black pepper

Method of execution:

Peel garlic. Cut gherkins and cheese. Rinse and chop herbs. Put everything into the blender. Add capers, mustard and so much oil to create a thick sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Wash paprika, cut in half, remove the seeds. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, sprinkle with rapeseed oil. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. Grease baked paprika with the salsa verde, roll up, clip together with spatulas. Place on a platter and sprinkle lightly with oil.
